If you have a single Mac running as your media server you could easily do all that from it and not need a whole server stack. I then use MetaMovie or MetaTV (found on the Mac App store) to tag the files properly and add artwork. I have Tdarr monitor the Radarr and Sonarr download folders, it grabs the files and uses Handbrake to convert them to iTunes compatible H.265 m4v's and saves them in a new folder, everything is fully automated up to that point. That software was designed around people using Plex for their media server, but I use iTunes so I added on to my workflow.
